Order Change / Cancellation Policy
ceiling-fans-by-hunter.com will allow changes to orders or cancellations. Email with your changes or cancellation before the item ships.

If your order has already shipped, you still have the opportunity to refuse shipment by UPS or return the item through our normal return process for a refund minus original shipping costs.

Defective Items or Warranty Issues
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise, we will only replace with same product.

Return postage of defective merchandise back to the fulfillment warehouse will be paid by Hunter Fan.

Return Policy
30 Day “No Hassle” Return Policy
You may return any non-defective item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items must be unused and in their original packaging and must include all manuals, cords, warranty cards, etc. Items that have been used, installed, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in saleable condition and are not eligible for return. When we receive the item your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price less the cost of original shipping and a restocking fee and the customer pays shipping for the return item. ceiling-fans-by-hunter.com may charge restocking fees of 10%.

30-Day Return Process
To return any non-defective item, you must email for instructions on the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions as needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally shipping errors occur or merchandise is damaged during transit. If this happens these issues will be resolved at our expense. ceiling-fans-by-hunter.com is dedicated to helping you with any issue that may arise.

If your product arrives with visible damage at time of delivery, Refuse the Package. Then email Customer Service and explain what has happened and we will resolve the issue.

Damaged Item or Incorrect Item (Exchange & Refunds)
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or incorrect shipment and you are requesting a replacement, exchange or refund. You will need to email us and we will give you instructions on how to return it and information regarding your replacement or refund.
