Long before there was air conditioning, our customers
relied on Hunter portable fans and Hunter ceiling fans. The first Hunter
ceiling fan was built in 1886 by John and James Hunter (father and son).
Earlier Hunter fans were driven by water, while later models were among
the first to use electricity.
