This fan is powered by Hunter's WhisperWind® 188 x 20 mm AirMax® Motor that has a lifetime warranty. This fan comes with an alabaster uplight with (4) 40 watt candelabra bulbs and down light with (1) 60 watt candelabra bulb. Can be installed with or without light kit.
